Define what the claim covers
State whether the comment refers to a seller, one listing or a particular arrival. Do not let a narrow experience become a permanent label for every product.
Attach source and date
Keep the original destination and the date it was reviewed. If the source disappears, move the claim to unconfirmed rather than copying it forward.
Run today's product check
Open the current option, save its expected state and ask the product-specific question that can change status. Reputation sets priority, not the final result.
