A shipping estimate becomes useful only when it states what is packed, which dimensions are assumed and which external route price was checked.
Describe the expected item
Save colour, size, version, bundle and packaging with the listing date. Include the option thumbnail when names are unclear.
Preselect the evidence
Choose the label, print, outsole, closure, hardware or dimension needed at arrival. Write the acceptable measurement range beside it.
Use the same sheet to decide
Compare the warehouse record with the expected state. Keep when the important points match, Wait for a missing view and Replace when the difference affects the intended role.
Record the selected option and current link, then finish with Keep, Wait, Replace or Archive. This directory does not handle orders, payments, shipping or after-sales service.
